Projects

MBAT- Mouse BIRN Atlasing Toolkit

MBAT is a Java application that brings together access to online resources, such as image databases, genomic data such as microarray data and QTL data  large streamed image data etc., with a user’s own data. MBAT is extensible through its plugin architecture.  MBAT currently accesses  partner organizations’  databases and can access databases which support Web Services.
